The main amendment:	Amendment of Section 1.32.2.4: "The Company anticipates that its capital expenditure (CAPEX) shall be in the range of of USD 16-18 million per annum, while it continues to invest in development and innvation of its platform. Such investent is expected to support the Company to grow considerably, and thus expected to differentiate itself from its competitors".
