NAXS makes an investment commitment to Mimir Industries AB

NAXS has made a SEK 36 million commitment to Mimir Industries AB. Under certain conditions, the commitment can be increased up to SEK 75 million.

Mimir Industries is the successor investment vehicle to Mimir Invest AB, launched in 2017 and where NAXS is an investor. Mimir Industries AB is managed by the same team as Mimir Invest AB and will follow the same special situations investment strategy.

Mimir Industries AB has already made four investments.

Other investors in Mimir Industries AB include Swedish and international institutional investors, as well as Mimir's management.
