Navamedic ASA: Update on the acquisition of marketing authorisations for antibiotics in the Nordics

Reference is made to the announcement by Navamedic ASA (OSE: NAVA) on 7 February 2020 about the acquisition of a series of antibiotics for hospital use in the Nordic region from ACS Dobfar (Italy) and its subsidiary InfoRLife (Switzerland). As communicated in the announcement, the plan was to close the transaction by the end of June 2020 but due to the COVID-19 situation the finalization of the transaction has been somewhat delayed. The current plan is to close the transaction by end July/early August 2020, followed by a stock exchange announcement.
