Navamedic ASA : Approved Information Memorandum

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 4 August 2015 regarding

Navamedic ASA's acquisition of 100% of the shares in Observe Medical

International AB (OM) (the "Transaction").

The attached Information Memorandum has been prepared by Navamedic ASA in order

to provide information about the Company and its business in connection with the

purchase of OM.

Oslo Stock Exchange has approved the Information Memorandum dated 14 September
