Oslo, March 10, 2025: Philip Slätis, Commercial Director and a primary insider

of Navamedic ASA, has today bought 5,297 Navamedic ASA shares at an average

price of NOK 19.84 per share. See attachment for further details about the

transaction. Following this transaction,  Philip Slätis holds 10,000 shares in

the company.
