Navamedic ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of Navamedic ASA (OSE: NAVA) will be held on

Thursday, June 3rd 2021 at 13:00 (CET) in the Navamedic offices in Henrik Ibsens

gate 90 (3rd floor), 0255 Oslo.  The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is

attached. Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the

Norwegian authorities in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged

to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the General

Meeting. The Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and

is available on the company's website www.navamedic.com.
