Appointment of Group Chief Governance Officer & Company Secretary.

NatWest Group has today announced the appointment of Gary Moore as Group Chief Governance Officer & Company Secretary with effect from 14 February 2025.

Gary, a qualified solicitor, is currently Head of Corporate Secretariat & Deputy Company Secretary, a role he has held since September 2023, having joined the bank in 2010.

Jan Cargill, current Group Chief Governance Officer & Company Secretary, is retiring after 35 years with NatWest.
