As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), NatWest Group plc (the Company) announces that Lena Wilson, a Non-executive Director of the Company has been appointed a Non-executive Director of Picton Property Income Limited (Picton) with effect from 1 January 2021, and as Chair Designate.  Lena will take over as Chair of Picton with effect from 1 February 2021.
