Şirketimizin 10.04.2023 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin tavsiyesi dikkate alınarak, Şirketimiz ve Bağlı Ortaklıkları'nın 2023 faaliyet yılı hesap ve işlemlerinin Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde denetimi için DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin bağımsız denetçi olarak seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

According to the decision of General Assembly, dated 10 April 2023, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Audit Committee, DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. was assigned to audit our Company's and our subsidiaries' accounts and transactions for 2023 accounting period within the scope of Capital Markets Legislation, Turkish Commercial Code and related regulations.
