Echo advises that the Notice of AGM and accounts have been posted to shareholders and confirms that AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 27 June 2017 at the Rosewood Hotel, 252 High Holborn, London WC1V 7EN.  Investors interested in attending should register their interest with the company, via email to [email protected].  Light food and refreshments will be made available and the Company will give an update presentation to investors.
