NSR proposes to issue approximately 25,698,401 new stapled securities pursuant to the retail component (Retail Entitlement Offer) of a fully underwritten accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer).

The Retail Entitlement Offer opened on Tuesday, 15 June 2021 and closes on Thursday, 24 June 2021. The issue of new stapled securities under the Retail Entitlement Offer is expected to occur on Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
