TOWNSVILLE ASSET SETTLES FOR NSR

National Storage REIT (NSR) refers to its previous announcement regarding the acquisition of a landmark self-storage centre in Townsville.

NSR is pleased to announce that settlement of the former Box and Lock self-storage asset occurred today, 30 May 2014.

National Storage continues to actively pursue acquisition opportunities in line with its asset management strategy. The earnings guidance for CY14 remains unchanged.
