APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS OF THE RESPONSIBLE ENTITY
The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited (ABN 45 003 278 831) (the Responsible Entity), part of Perpetual Limited, is the responsible entity for the registered schemes listed in the table below and wishes to advise that:

Gillian Larkins has resigned as a director of the Responsible Entity. Consequently, Glenn Foster has ceased to be her alternate.

Glenn Foster has been appointed as a director of the Responsible Entity.
