Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 26, 2019, National Health Investors issued a press release announcing that it will will finance $32.7 million for the purchase and renovation of a 248-unit continuing care retirement community (“CCRC”) in Columbia, South Carolina, to be operated by an affiliate of Senior Living Communities (“SLC”). The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is also incorporated by reference herein.
