On December 17, 2018, National Health Investors issued a press release announcing it will pay a fourth quarter dividend of $1.00 per common share to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2018 on January 31, 2019. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is also incorporated by reference herein.
