In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), National Grid notes that Jonathan Dawson, a Non-executive Director, was appointed as Senior Independent Non-executive Director of AssetCo plc, a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company, with effect from 15 June 2022.

This follows AssetCo plc's acquisition of River and Mercantile Group plc, Jonathan Dawson stepped down as Chairman of River and Mercantile Group plc on 14 June 2022.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
