External Audit Tender Announcement

The Company announces that it is holding a tender process for the role of external auditor. The audit tender process is expected to conclude later this year, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the selected firm being put to shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. The selected firm will audit the Company's and its Group's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2021. Deloitte LLP has served as the Company's auditor since 2011 and will be participating in the tender process.
