The Company provides an updated and corrected notification of the following transaction, effected on the London Stock Exchange on 23 April 2021, relating to the below named PDMR and his interests in the ordinary shares of nominal value 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") (ISIN: GB0006215205).

This notification should be treated as superseding and replacing the notification made earlier today (5751W, published at 10:28, 26/04/2021). It relates to the same transaction notified earlier, but corrects an error in the second table below.  

The transaction was an acquisition of Shares by Ignacio Garat, the Company's Group Chief Executive Officer.
