Mobico Group plc ("Mobico" or the "Group") announces that Helen Weir, Chair of Mobico, has informed the Board that for personal reasons she does not intend to stand for re-election as a member of the Mobico Board at the Group's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  

The search for Helen's successor will be led by the Nominations Committee together with an external search firm.

Karen Geary, Mobico Senior Independent Director, said: "We would like to thank Helen for her contribution during her time on Mobico's Board and we wish her well in the future. A search for a new Chair will now commence and we look forward to making an appointment in due course."
