National Express Group plc: Further announcement on Board changes

19 August 2020

Further to the announcement on 24 June 2020 the Board of National Express Group plc today announces that it has agreed with Dean Finch that his last day as Group Chief Executive Officer will be 31 August 2020.

In addition to his current responsibilities as Group Chief Financial Officer, Chris Davies will take over as Interim Group Chief Executive Officer from 1 September 2020, until a permanent appointment is made.

The search for a new Group Chief Executive Officer is progressing well, with both internal and external candidates under consideration.
