Append declaration from the company (Nadec) regarding preliminary financial results for the period ending 31/12/2011 m (twelve months).

Referring to the announcement of results Nadec day 17 January 2012 Company wishes to clarify that the decline in the fourth quarter, the company's results compared to the third quarter of the same year due to seasonal sales and low profit deferred
