F1: The Reporting Person vests ownership in this option over two years, with 50% of the shares subject to the award vesting on February 10, 2015, and 1/24th of the shares vesting equally on a monthly basis thereafter, subject to continued service to the Issuer by the Reporting Person. In addition, if the Issuer is subject to a change in control before the Reporting Person's service terminates, 50% of the then-unvested shares shall vest. Further, if the Reporting Person is terminated by the Issuer for any reason other than cause following such change in control, 50% of any then-remaining unvested shares shall vest.
