Sub:- Allotment of 1,04,695 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each under NATCO Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2017 (NATSOP 2017)

This to infonn that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,04,695 equity shares of Rs.2/- each (Face Value) on 29th January, 2021 by way of resolution passed by circulation to the eligible employees who had exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2017. The said equity shares shall rank Parri-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects including dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stand increased to 18,23 ,3 7 ,825 equity shares amounting in aggregate to Rs.36,46,75,650/-.
