Nuuk, 2016-01-05 21:25 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NunaMinerals A/S under
suspension of payments ("NUNA") ("NunaMinerals" or the "Company") announces
that it has not been possible to close the Restructuring Agreement, referred to
in the Company’s 25 November 2015 Announcement no 29/2015, today. Consequently
the Company and Greenland Mining Management Ltd are seeking a short extension
of time to enable Closing to take place.

The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
