CYBA plc (LSE: CYBA) ("CYBA" or the "Company"), the cybersecurity group specialising in high-end threat intelligence and critical infrastructure security, is pleased to announce the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JU, at 11.00am on 28 July 2022.
In support of CYBA's commitment to minimise unnecessary waste, the Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy, Deemed Consent Letter, and the Annual Accounts in respect of the initial period ended 31 March 2020, the nine-month period ended 31 December 2020 and the year ended 31 December 2021, are available for download on the Company's website at (https://cybaplc.com/investor-relations/corporate-documents).
