Item 5.07 SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS

The 2017 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Napco Security Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on December 12, 2017. Matters voted on at the Annual Meeting and the results thereof were as follows:

Proposal 1: Election of directors. The following individuals were elected to the Company’s Board of Directors to hold office until the Annual Meeting after the 2020 fiscal year.
