Reference is made to the announcement by the Company on 17. February 2023 regarding a completed private placement. On 14. April 2023 following the registration of capital increase, Sundt AS' holding of 8,622,000 shares now represents 9.66% of the shares and votes, down from 10.38% and has thus passed the 10% threshold for disclosure according to Norwegian Securities Trading Act §4-2. The calculation is based on 89,295,956 shares in issue.
