Second Share Subscription

Nanoveu Limited (Nanoveu or the Company) announces that the second share subscription under a placement agreement with Antiviral Technologies Portfolio LLC (the Investor) has been executed (see ASX Announcement of 14 August 2020). A $600,000 subscription for shares has been made with a value of $658,000. Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to this subscription will be issued as set out in the 14 August 2020 Announcement.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.
