Nanoveu is pleased to announce its participation in the Broker Briefing – Tech and Biotech Investor Webinar , Thursday 9 September from 11:00am AEST / 09:00am AWST.

The Company’s CEO Alfred Chong will provide an overview of the Company’s operations and will provide viewers the opportunity to hear from, and engage with, a range of ASX-listed leading tech and biotech companies.

FY2021 Half-year Results and its Placement and Entitlement Issue :

Nanoveu will hold its FY2021 half-year results presentation Friday 10 September from 10:30am AEST / 08:30 AWST.

The Company’s CEO, Alfred Chong, will provide an overview of the Company’s half-year results for the period ending 30 June 2021.

Nanoveu will also talk to its recent announcement of its placement to sophisticated and professional investors to raise $1,350,000 (before costs) through the issue of 30,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (‘shares’) in the Company (‘Placement’) with 1 free attaching option exercisable at $0.058 on or before the second anniversary of the issue of the Placement shares for every 2 shares issued, subject to shareholder approval which the Company aims to seek in October 2021.

Nanoshield - is a film which uses a patented polymer of Cuprous embedded film to self-disinfect surfaces.
