Rights Issue Information Line

Nanoveu Limited (“Nanoveu”) wishes to invite Eligible Shareholders that would like to receive a copy of their personalised entitlement and acceptance forms by email to register their details using the QR Code below.

Under the term of the Rights Issue, Eligible Shareholders can subscribe 1 new share for every 4 shares they hold at 0.045. Participants in the Rights Issue will also receive 1 free 2-year unlisted option with a 0.058 strike for every 2 shares they subscribe for. Only Shareholders with an Australian or New Zealand address will be eligible to participate in the Rights Issue. If less than A$2,400,000 is subscribed for, the Company reserves the right to place any shortfall to wholesale investors.

Funds raised under the Rights Issue are for the same purposes as the recently announced Placement. The shares issued under the Rights Issue will rank equally with existing shares on issue.

Nanoshield - is a film which uses a patented polymer of Cuprous embedded film to self-disinfect surfaces.
