Change in Director’s Interest
Nanosonics Limited (ASX:NAN) advises that a director, Dr David Fisher, has transferred shares between two entities in which he has indirect interests. There has been no change in the number of shares indirectly held by Dr Fisher.
Appended below is the Company’s Appendix 3Y, Notice of Change in Director’s Interest.
Nanosonics Limited and all its directors understand and recognise the requirements of Listing Rule 3.19.A2, together with the Company’s policy in response to Listing Rule 3.19B, which requires that they report all changes in their interests so as to enable the Company to meet its requirements under the ASX Listing Rules. This particular change occurred on Wednesday 25[th] February 2009 and Dr Fisher notified the Company of it the following day. The Company contacted ASX that day to resolve a technical detail in the change in interest and, due mainly to accidental delays in communication between ASX and the Company, the matter was not resolved until Monday 23[rd] March 2009.
