Nature of change Founder options have been exercised over 66,667 Example: on-market trade, off-market trade, exercise of options, issue of securities under dividend (0.2%) of Mr Stang’s shares. This particular change reinvestment plan, participation in buy-back in holding was instigated by a long-standing holder of Founder options, which were created by deed on 25[th] March 2007, ie. before the Company’s IPO on 17[th] May2007. Details of Founder options are set out in section 12.4 of the Company’s Prospectus dated 2 April 2007, a copy of which is available on the Nanosonics website: www.nanosonics.com.au.
