Nanosonics Share Purchase Plan Fully Subscribed
Nanosonics Limited (ASX:NAN) advises that the Company has received applications exceeding the cap of $3.0 million in respect of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) that was announced on 5 March 2015 and opened on 13 March 2015. As a result, the SPP is now closed.
As indicated in clause 5.4 of the terms and conditions of the SPP, in any scale-back, any unused funds will be refunded as soon as practicable following the Allotment Date.
The Company has revised Key Dates of the SPP as set out below.
