Nanosonics announces extension of Share Purchase Plan
Further to the announcement on 4 May 2012 of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer, the Board of Nanosonics Limited (ASX: NAN) advises that the SPP Closing Date has been extended to Monday 16 July 2012.
The revised key dates of the SPP are as follows:
Event Date Record Date 3 May 2012 SPP Opening Date 16 May 2012 SPP Closing Date 5.00pm on 16 July 2012 Allotment Date 20 July 2012 Trading Date 24 July 2012 Dispatch of Holding Statements 24 July 2012
The other terms of the SPP remain the same, including the offer price under the SPP remaining at A$0.53. Further details of the terms of the SPP were set out on the announcement to ASX made on 16 May 2012.
