2020 Annual General Meeting
Nanosonics Limited ( Nanosonics ) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held virtually at 11:00am on Tuesday 24 November 2020. Computershare will be facilitating the AGM using the Lumi platform.
The Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders, will contain details regarding the 2020 AGM and how to participate in the meeting. When released, the Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Nanosonics’ website at www.Nanosonics.com.
The closing time and date for receipt of director nominations for relevant candidates, other than those recommended by the Board, is 5.00pm on 12 October 2020.
