Annual Report & Accounts 2016

Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, has posted to shareholders the Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2016 along with the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Proxy Form for the 2016 AGM. The documents are also being made available at the Company's website, www.nanocogroup.com.

In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of these documents is being uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Nanoco's AGM will be held at 11 am on Thursday 15 December 2016 at the Company's headquarters, 46 Grafton Street, Manchester, M13 9NT.
