Director's Dealing

The Company was notified yesterday that on 22 October 2014 Colin White, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised 450,000 share options (the "Options") over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 92.6p per New Ordinary Share. Of these New Ordinary Shares, 320,411 were held in the Company's employee benefit trust ("EBT") prior to being exercised.

The Company was also notified yesterday that on 22 October 2014 Mr. White sold 450,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.514p each.

Following this, Mr. White is beneficially interested in 1,250,000 share options and no Ordinary Shares in the Company, together representing 0.575% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 217,315,383 Ordinary Shares.
