Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 20 January 2014 that Maureen Rowley, the wife of Peter Rowley, who is a Non-executive Director of Nanoco, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 January 2014 at a price of 112.2p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Peter Rowley (together with connected parties, including his wife) has a beneficial interest in 1,621,820 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
