We are pleased to inform you that the pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 and in terms of the Regulation 42 of the SEBI Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 (Both Days inclusive) for the purpose of 9th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for which registered office of the Company situated at G-13. Kartarpura Industrial Area, Near 22 Godam, Jaipur-302006, Rajasthan shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting and the proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be made there at.
