Naked Wines announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme update announced on 11 August 2025 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited.

Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	85.00p
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	85.00p
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	85.00p

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 71,769,635 with no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 71,769,635. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
