Notice of General Meeting

Naked Wines Plc announces that it will hold a General Meeting ("GM") on Monday, 23 October 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (UK time) to vote on resolutions related to the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 3 April  2023 ("ARA").  The meeting will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, Ninth Floor, 16 Great Queen St, London WC2B 5DG.  This meeting is in addition to the Annual General Meeting being held today, September 29th, at 4:00 p.m. UK time.

The ARA and the Notice of GM have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at www.nakedwinesplc.co.uk or by request.
