The Board of Naked Wines announces that Nick Devlin, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").Following the purchase of shares, Mr. Devlin's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him will be 216,095 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Board of Naked Wines further announces that James Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares. Following the purchase of shares, Mr. Crawford's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him will be 174,813 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
