The Board of Naked Wines announces that Emma Devlin and James Devlin, persons closely associated with Nicholas Devlin, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, have each purchased 77 ordinary shares of 7.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following the purchase of shares, Mr. Devlin's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him will be 111,644 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
