REPLACEMENT - TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Correction to announcement released at 09.24a.m on 20 July 2022 under RNS number 1319T.  The Company's issued share capital is 74,004,135 Ordinary Shares (instead of the originally announced 73,994,708).  The corrected announcement is set out below.  No other information has been updated

In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Naked Wines announces that, as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 74,004,135 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 74,004,135.

The above figure of 74,004,135 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
