In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Naked Wines announces that, as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 73,994,708 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,994,708.
The above figure of 73,994,708 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
