Directorate change

Following the successful launch of Naked Wines' new Strategic Plan, Rowan Gormley has notified the Board of his decision to step down as Non-Executive Chairman and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Deidre Runnette, Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.
