Results of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Naked Wines Plc is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 4:00 p.m. (UK time) on 29 September 2023 all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed.

Voting was conducted by way of a poll on both the Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolutions proposed at AGM. The number of votes for and against each of the resolutions put before the AGM and the number of votes withheld were as follows:
