Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts
Naked Wines plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 5 August 2021 at 4.30 p.m. at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 March 2021, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at www.nakedwinesplc.co.uk or by request.
Due to the COVID-19 associated risks, we strongly encourage shareholders to participate in this year's AGM remotely via our webcast rather than attend in person, and urge shareholders to appoint the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy with voting instructions.
