Update re Resignation of Chairman

Further to the Group's announcement on the 19 December 2018 regarding the appointment of Caroline Brown as Non-Executive Chair, the Board of NAHL Group today confirms that Steve Halbert has resigned as a Director.

Russell Atkinson, CEO of NAHL, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to place on record our sincere gratitude to Steve for the significant contribution he has made to the NAHL business over the last nine years. We wish him the very best for the future."
