Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition ofInsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from 10lh April, 2019. Till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 3151 March, 2019 as intimated to the Exchanges vide our letter dated 10 th April, 2019.
